La surveillance des diarrhées aiguës a pour objectif le suivi des épidémies de gastro-entérites. Elle est réalisée en partenariat avec la direction des maladies infectieuses de Santé publique France et le Centre National de Référence des virus des gastro-entérites de Dijon.
